VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers through street information stands and event-based activities. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to present straightforward information on drug risks, including the ongoing debate around cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe. Details were published in this Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, with visibility at major public events, including the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, community outreach Vienna noted: “Prevention works best when young people receive verified information early, in plain language—supporting both community well-being and European civic values.”
